Description
This unique valve permits the first-in pumper to lay the large diameter line directly from hydrant to fire and start pumping water. Later, if more pressure is required to boost the pressure at the hydrant to take full advantage of available water, another pumper can connect to the hydrant valve and start pumping with no interruption in flow. A third position provides emergency shut-down capability.
