Again the Rit Rescue Bag looks very similar to the Original but does have a couple features that are very unique. The first feature we've added to the original design is an NFPA rated rescue belt incorporated directly into the shoulder strap itself. When using this feature on a down firefighter simply place the RIT BAG on the chest of your victim, detach the shoulder strap using the long snap quick release clip, place it around the firefighter then reattaching it to the original pick point. Next deploy the rescue belt located at the top of the shoulder strap by pulling it out of the Velcro contained storage device while connecting it to the bottom end of the shoulder strap. Now your rescue victim has been securely fastened to the RIT BAG. and after deploying the rit belt option your able efficiently drag your down firefighter out of harms way keeping them on air.
