Providing unbeatable fire protection, our PB18-3030 portable pump is an extraordinary water transfer and supply system with exceptional flow capacity and appropriate pressure for efficient hand-line fire suppression operations. Equipped with a V-twin Briggs and Stratton® 18 hp engine, the PB18-3030 portable pump delivers flow capacities from 100 GPM @ 110 PSI (380 L/min @ 7.6 bar) to 400 GPM @ 15 PSI (1500 L/min @ 1 bar).

Featuring a standard spring-loaded mechanical shaft seal that never needs adjustment, and backed by exclusive factory service and expert technicians, we’ve got your PB18-3030 pump service and maintenance needs taken care of.
 
  • Briggs & Stratton, model 356447, Vanguard V-Twin air cooled, overhead valve (OHV) design delivers a maximum output of 18 hp (13.4 kw) @ 3600 RPM. 34.75 cu. In. (570 cc) displacement, 4-cycle, gasoline-fueled, horizontal shaft.
  • High-strength aluminum alloy pump body, anodized for superior corrosion resistance.
  • 3-inch female NPT intake with 3-inch female NPT discharge (PB18-3030C) or 3 inch female NPT intake with 3-inch female NPT discharge, forward facing, no check valve (PB18-3030E).
  • High-strength, double-hubbed, corrosion-resistant bronze impeller mechanically balanced to eliminate vibration.
  • Operator's panel includes discharge pressure and compound intake gauges, low oil pressure warning light, start and stop control, speed control panel light and 12-volt outlet (panel with compound gauge including expanded vacuum scale optional).
  • Bronze wear rings add life to the pump and are easy to replace.
  • Spring-loaded mechanical shaft seal never needs adjustment.
  • Stainless steel shaft sleeve.
  • Combination spark arresting muffler and exhaust primer, which is fast and easy to use.
  • Integral 3 gallon (11 liter) wrap-around base fuel tank (additional 3 gallon remote tank optional).
  • Full-pressure lubrication, with automobile-style oil filter.
  • Standard 12-volt electric and manual recoil starter.
  • Available in three base options:
    - Standard rigid steel channel rail base (control panel shipped loose)
    - Optional no base (control panel shipped loose).
    - Optional Wrap-around base (only available on PB18-3030C models) integrates a tubular-steel design to protect the pump and engine from roll-over damage, with vinyl-gripped sway handles that lock in either carry or stowed positions.
