These Fire Hog gloves are flame and heat-resistant and made with 3.5 oz. to 4.0 oz. Eversoft® tanned cowhide leather palms to meet NFPA flame test. It features additives to stay soft and have low water absorbance when wet repeatedly.

• These leather fire gloves feature an exclusive breathable adhesive for glove bonding.
 

• Pryotect Barricade 3 mil Barrier that is 100% waterproof, viral/chemical penetration resistant and protects against blood borne pathogens
 

• 4” Nomex® wristlet cuff with leather pull patch
 

• Meets NFPA 1971-2013 standard and is SEI certified

I purchased them because they had good reviews and they are red (so I wouldnt lose them). Surprisingly they are very soft, already broken in. Excellent control of tools and very comfortable.

So comfortable
Absolutely love these gloves, not only are they very unique and I'm the only one with the red gloves in my fire department. But these are super comfortable.
