Company Officer in a volunteer fire department
I ordered the pump as the driver in a home wildfire defense perimeter sprinkler system. The price of the CET was certainly attractive compared to other brands, but I still needed performance in terms of pressure and reliability. The 6hp drives five sprinkler heads at more than 50 psi per head through 300' of supply hose. The electric start is flawless so far. If I had to do it over, I probably would have upgraded to the 9hp since I live at 8000' and that elevation does reduce the performance, but the 6hp still works well. I am very pleased.
