Comfo-Cap® Protective Caps, widely used in the mining industry, feature a low-crown clearance for low-ceiling areas and come with a lamp bracket and cordholder to support a miner’s lamp. The lightweight, tough polycarbonate plastic shell resists top impacts, while molded cross ridges on the crown deliver increased strength and rigidity. Plus the cap’s peak helps protect eyes and face from small falling objects. Comfo-Cap meets or exceeds Type I Helmet (top impact) applicable requirements as outlined in ANSI Z89.1-2009, Class G, and includes your choice of 4-Point Staz-On® or Fas-Trac® Suspension.
